Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance

Everything here is information. It is not an offer to sell a policy, not an application, and not a binding contract. No coverage exists until an insurance carrier approves an application, issues a policy and receives the first premium. Until all three happen, you are not covered.

Who you are dealing with

Family Solutions Center is the insurance agency of Andrea Cannon, a licensed independent insurance agent licensed in California. She is the person responsible for the information this site collects.

Andrea sells only in California. Product availability, features and pricing vary by carrier, by state, and by your age and health at the time you apply.

How Andrea gets paid

You pay her nothing. When you enroll in a plan, the insurance carrier pays her a commission, which is how independent agents are paid across the industry. The premium you pay is the same whether you enroll through Andrea, through another agent, or on your own.

That arrangement is worth knowing about, so we state it plainly rather than burying it. It is also why she will tell you to keep a plan you already have if it still fits.

Figures on this site are illustrations

Any premium, coverage amount, income figure or growth number shown anywhere on this site is a general illustration, not a quote and not a guarantee. Your real number depends on the carrier, the product, your age, your health and your state. Guarantees in an annuity or a life policy are backed by the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company, not by Family Solutions Center and not by any government agency.

Not tax, legal or medical advice

Andrea is an insurance agent. Nothing on this site or said on a call is tax advice, legal advice or medical advice. Talk to your own accountant, attorney or doctor before you make a decision that turns on one of those.

Medicare disclaimer

We do not offer every plan available in your area. Any information we provide is limited to the plans we offer in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, to get information on all of your options. This site is a solicitation for insurance. Family Solutions Center is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program.

What we ask of you

Give accurate information on the forms and on the phone. An application built on wrong answers about age, health or medications can be denied at underwriting or contested at claim time, which is the worst possible moment to find out. Do not use this site to send anything unlawful, and do not try to interfere with how it runs.

Links to other sites

Where this site points to Medicare.gov or to a carrier, that site is run by someone else under their own terms and their own privacy policy. We are not responsible for what is on it.

Content on this site

The copy, images, logo and layout belong to Family Solutions Center. You are welcome to read them, print them and share a link. Republishing them as your own is not permitted.

Limits on liability

This site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate, but plan benefits, premiums, drug lists and networks change every year and a page can fall behind. To the extent the law allows, Family Solutions Center is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of this site or these terms belongs in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes

These terms may change. The version on this page is the one in force, and the effective date at the top tells you when it started. This version took effect August 5, 2026.
