Who this policy is from
Family Solutions Center is the insurance agency of Andrea Cannon, a licensed independent insurance agent licensed in California. She is the person responsible for the information this site collects.

This policy covers familysolutionscenter.us and the forms on it. It explains what Andrea collects, why she collects it, who else sees it, and what you can tell her to do with it.
What you give us
Only what you type into a form on this site, and only after you press send:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your age and ZIP code
- the product you asked about and, on the life and final expense forms, the coverage amount you selected
- the best time to reach you, if you pick one
If you then talk to Andrea, she takes down what you tell her about your doctors, your prescriptions and your health, because a plan cannot be compared without it. That is sensitive information and she uses it for one purpose: finding coverage that fits you.
What the site collects on its own
The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which keeps standard server logs. Those logs record the IP address that requested a page, the browser and device type, and the page requested. Amazon keeps them to run and secure the servers.
We do not set any first-party cookies, and we do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other analytics or advertising tracker on this site. There is no session storage, no visitor ID and no retargeting.
Why we collect it
To answer the question you asked, to compare plans against your doctors, your prescriptions and your budget, and to follow up with you about coverage. Nothing else.
Who else sees it
Three groups, and no one else:
- Insurance carriers. If you decide to apply for a plan, the application goes to that carrier. Their own privacy policy covers what they do with it.
- Amazon Web Services. Hosting and email delivery of the form itself. AWS processes the data on our behalf and does not use it for anything else.
- Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site load from Google's font servers, so Google receives the IP address of anyone who loads a page. It receives nothing you type.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have never done either and we are not set up to.
Calls, texts and email
When you tick the consent box on a form, you agree that Andrea may call, text or email you at the number you gave, including through an automatic telephone dialing system or a prerecorded voice, about the coverage you asked about. Consent is not a condition of buying anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or tell Andrea on the phone and she will take you off the list.
How long we keep it
Client records are kept for as long as your policy is in force plus the period California and the carriers require afterward, which is generally five years. If you asked a question and never enrolled, tell us and we will delete your record.
Your California privacy rights
California residents have the right to know what personal information we hold, to get a copy of it, to correct it, to have it deleted, and to limit how we use sensitive personal information. You also have the right not to be treated differently for exercising any of them.
Because we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, there is nothing to opt out of, and that is why you will not find a Do Not Sell link on this site.
To exercise any right, call (323) 393-5839 or email hortayaya@yahoo.com. We will verify who you are before acting on a request about someone's records, and we answer within 45 days.
Children
This site sells insurance to adults. It is not directed to anyone under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Medicare
Family Solutions Center is not connected with or endorsed by the United States government or the federal Medicare program. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Contact Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, for information on all of your options.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version replaces this one on this page and the effective date at the top changes with it. This version took effect August 5, 2026.
